Bitumen Filling Machine FM25, FM50, FM75
The FM (Filling Machine) is a bitumen chilling and packing machine for road paving bitumen. By using a special heat exchanger, the bitumen is chilled to a filling temperature just below the melting point of the packing material, in order for it to be filled into the POLYCUBE® with no trouble at all. The FM runs fully automatically, and is operated by 3-7 people depending on its size. This equipment meets the state of the art and facilitates industrial standards
POLYCUBE SYSTEMS offers a variety of different performance capacities for the FM, which can be ideally adjusted to suit the customer’s needs. The FMs’ annual filling capacities, in the amounts of 25, 50, and 75 MTPA (metric tons per annum) are specifically aimed at meeting your requirements.
The FM25 is an economical entry-level system, and the ideal answer to counteract the seasonal price fluctuations in the pure packing and storage of bitumen. Users can also include local terminals which carry out filling.
The FM50 is aimed more at bitumen refineries and medium-sized companies, or those which want to have a variety of different packing possibilities in their service range.
The big FM75 is best suited for refineries which put particular emphasis on the POLYCUBE® Package in what they have to offer. A packing capacity of 75 MTPA is a major technical and logistical challenge, but with this machine it is a challenge that can be met with no trouble at all.
